One example of that is at Katarinavägen, just above the construction site. This road is usually heavily trafficked but during the construction the road is almost entirely shut of; with a magnificent view of Stockholm from its high position the pedestrians along with bicycles and light traffic (such as mopeds) have reconquered this bit of the town. Compared to when I was just sitting here last time, a few years back, the soundscape is entirely different.
