Runhöjd varierande mellan 12 och 8 cm. Inskriften vetter mot S.  S sidan plan. Inplacerad i kyrkogårdsmuren. Se skiss i inventeringsboken.

Enligt Upplands runinskrifter lyder inskriften:"Sigfröd lät resa (sten) här (?) efter Borgger, sin fader."
