Runhöjden 6-9 cm. Låg tidigare inmurad liggande i domkyrkans Ö gavels utsida. Enligt Smålands runinskrifter har runstenen en slinga efter utkanten och mellan denna tre horisontella band och inskriften lyder:"Tyke - vikingen Tyke - reste stenen efter Gunnar, Grims son. Gud Hjälpe hans själ!".
