Dear Professor Andersson, & feel certainly extremely grateful to you for all the troubles you are taking to help me &bout the Exhibition, I have just received your lettår of. August the 4th which has crossed with mine of same date witn the list of the objects that we have selected to ship to you. We have not made the list with our costing prices but I think the total must be over three millions francs, these prices I will know them as soon as I have finished the marking of the objects, With regard to the date of the Exhibition as well as the duration, I think we better leave it until the beginning of September when we will know exactly when we can begin, I can be in Stockholm just by the end of September and if it takes a few days for the arrangement, we can open officially on the 6th and if a week is not enough we can put few days more, only for myself I would like to be back in Paris about the IOth so to take the Steaner on the I6th, I dont think I will insure the objects against the fire in your Museum, I rather take the risk because with a Public Institutåon as yours there is very little danger about fire, Of course for the insurance during the transportation we will take care of it here, We will begin the packing next week and the shipment will leave here on the 22nd of August to be in Stockholm about the IOth or IIth of September, which will leave you enough time about the Customs examination It is certainly gratifying for me to have your friend- ship, the only thing I am always afraid is that I feel myself rather abusive for all the tooubles I have to ask you on this particular occasion.
