After my return to Sweden late in May I have had a very busy time getting furniture and such practical things arranged for my research-institute. Now we are rather well on the way, and I am glad to report to you that we have selected another large number of complete prehistoric urns of different periods for return to Peking. A photographer has been working for some weeks taking a complete set of photos of these wessels and my assistant öv PrlaeröR will spend the next four weeks making detailed descriptions of these wessels., You know quite well that it is necessary to make an exhaustive study of all these vessels for our monograph before returning them, and it is this work which takes consider- able time. However, I am glad to assure you that a considerable raturn consignment will be on the way within few months. In fact the majority of your half of complete urns will then be returned, I have been hard pressed by work for some time and need a rest.
