Su Please tell me whether you wish to have a corresvonding arrang ment for the distribution of copies prenpaid by Chinese funds to state- men and politicians in Great Britain, If so I will address a simflar letter to the Chinese Amb: ador in London. I have already the support of one of the Cabinet Winisters in Chungking and hope that the necessary funds will be provided by the Minister of Finance in Chungking. But before approaching Chungking a second time I must have the full support of the Ambassadors.
