G. Andersson form Jointly a travelling party for topographical observations in archaeology and geology in Ssu-chuan and Sikong during the summer of 1937. In accordance with the "Law regulating the Safe Custody of Antiquities" - the National Ssu-'chuan University shall be the legally responsible party with the other parties as participants. The scientific members of the Expedition are free to pub- lish reports on the results but in every report there should be clearly stated that the material was collected by this mission, composed of the two universities and Dr. Andersson, and that the material is preserved in the two universities. Dr. Andersson undertakes to provide the universities with two copies of each of his scientific photographs but he is entitled to keep the films in his posession. He will also see to that the universities receive copies of the maps prepared by him. Dr. J. G. Andersson shall be appointed reader of the Party. All the specimens collected by the members of the party shall be handed to Dr. Chow Hsou Ho, who undertakes the safe custody of the specimens en route. All the specimens collected shall be handed to the Na- tioneal Ssu-chuan University. With the permission of the "Central Committee for the Preservation of Antiquities" duplicate archaeological specimens may be allotted to the Ewa 81 University. The Party shall be immediately dissolved at the end of the travel. If Dr. J. G, Andersson in the future wishes to examine some of the archaeological specimens the National Ssu-chuen University promises to give him the facilities provided by the Laws regulating the Antiquities, after being permitted by the."Central Committee for the Preser- vation of Antiquities."
