Dear Dr. Andersson: When I was attending the International Museum Confer- ence at Madrid last October, I was greatly impressed by the collection of photographs which your Museum had sent for the Exhibition. An Exhibition of Museum Architecture and Equipment was recently held in Peiping. Wnile it is in every way a successful exhibition, I greatly regret that we have not yet had the good fortune of obtaining the photographs of your Museum. For this reason, I am writing to you for your assistance. We would like very much to receive from you a complete set of the photographs of your Museum similiar to the set you sent to Madrid. I hope also that you will kindly write the explanations on the back of each photograph which will be a great help to us. If there is any cost, please let me hear from you. The Museums Association of China has recently been organized at Peiping. We are now trying to make a complete documentation of museographic material.
