I do not for the moment remem- ber where the drawing came from, but I am quite clear that it was not your labelling, & I think I can say it was not your ecolleeting. I associate it with a photograph of a specimen in Wannieck's possession previous to the middle of 1929. Karlbeck has pointed out & mistake in the terminolocy of the bronze veg&&els on p.113. I agree that it would have been a good thing if,besides calling the art commonly termed in this country Scythian by t hat name,we had pointed out that Ordos had been proposed in your monograph & was in some weys preferable in spite of the start that the other term had got. I home it may be possibie to rectify these matters in a later edition of the book.
