The textile is framed by a tendril of vine leaves, at each of the four outer corners of the vine there is a three-leaf clover. A wave crest pattern borders the outer edges of the vine, the inside of the vine is bordered by a thin band. In the centre of the textile there is a vine forming a medallion containing a hunting horseman (a common motif during this period). Four animals' can be seen around the medallion, one below which depicts a hare, one to the right which probably depicts a donkey, one above and on too the left, both probably depicting a lion. Four slightly smaller vine forming medallions can be seen at the edges of the centre medallion, each of these containing a hunter holding a shield and stone.MME 2022:002, From F. R. Donation to MM by Mats Brage 2022., The textile is decently well preserved; slightly to the left of the centre the textile is torn, the tear runs from the top straight down. There are also a few holes to the left of the tear., Koptisk period (troligen 300-600 v.t.), Egypt, Dekorativ kvadratisk panel (tabula), blå, rödlila, lila och vit färg. Textilen är inramad av en ranka med löv, vid alla fyra yttre hörn av rankan finns en treklöver. Ett vågtoppsmönster ramar in utsidan av rankan, insidan av rankan ramas in av ett tunt band. I mitten av textilen finns en ranka som bildar en medaljong, denna innehåller en jaktryttare till häst (ett vanligt motiv under denna period). Fyra djur syns runt medaljongen, en nedanför som föreställer en hare, en till höger som troligen föreställer en åsna, en ovanför och en till vänster som båda troligen föreställer ett lejon. Ytterligare fyra rankor som bilder medaljonger syns vid kanterna av den centrala medaljongen, dessa innehåller en jägare hållandes i en sköld och en sten , Ur F. R.
