Long cylindrical shaft, widens at upper end. Blade extends straight out from shaft, lower edge convex with blade edge hanging down and rounded. Cutting blade edge slightly convex.</pres:description><pres:content xml:lang="en">SHM 20563 MMLur 093, Bought by Prof. Ture Arne in Iran in 1932, Mottled beige on pale green surface., Cleaning and conservation report. D-nr 16454012, 250795. Corrosion: dirty with sand and other soil particles. Surface rather even, corrosion under dirt layer hard, dark, greyish green color. Original surface is represented in this corrosion layer. Separate small spots of hard, grainy, dark green corrosion on top of original surface layer. Complete, strong metallic core; no active corrosion. One small recently drilled hole, filled with some resin. Treatment: cleaned mechanically with scalpel, bristle brush and small soft rotating iron brush on motor.
