The knot is fastened in each end of the stem by a thin thread of gold that goes through a perforated hole. The other end of each stems is also perforated, abruptely cut off and not connected to eachother. On each stem is fastened ten golden leaves (one missing). They are fastened by thin golden threads that has been thread through small holes and then twisted around the stem. The veins of the leaves has been incised. They are placed ca 1.5 cm from each other on the stem, with the first leaf positioned ca 7 cm from the perforated end of each stem. The golden threads that connect stem and leaf are 3 cm long, except in two cases where the thread probably has been cut off once and now have the half lenght. The leaves are positioned horizontally, out from the stem.</pres:description><pres:content xml:lang="en">MM 1973:008, Bought from Southeby’s auctioneer’s office in London., The leaves has been interpreted as wine-leaves., The leaves are slightly crumpled, one is missing.
