In 1928 all the objects were transferred to the SHM., “Terra sigillata”, “Samian ware” or red-glossed pottery was manufactured in several parts of the Roman Empire. This type of pottery is rather standardized due to the fact that it was manufactured massively in workshops with the use of moulds. The principal workshops were in north Italy and Gaul. Regularly the wares bare stamps with the name of the potter. According to its characteristics the bowl may belong to a central Gaulish workshop., Mended., Museum of London: 3154, 81.353, 3120., Dragendorff, Hans, 'Ein Beitrag zur Geschichte der griechischen und römischen Keramik', Bonner Jahrbücher 96, 1895.
