Voluted nozzle with prominent rear volute spines. Discus, surrounded by a moulded rim, is decorated with two standing gladiators, both wearing crested helmets and loin-cloths, the left-hand gladiator is also wearing greaves. Each has a short sword and the forearms of respectively sword arm bound for protection. The left hand gladiator carries an oval shield on his left arm, the rectangular shield of the left hand gladiator lies on the ground beside him. No handle. Base-ring.
