The originally round body is surrounded with three nozzles; the one in front with one wick-hole, the two on each side of the body with three wick-holes each, and at the rear there was a large vertical band-handle, now lost. The front . nozzle is short, voluted, flat-topped, and slightly splayed with an angular tip and a larger wick-hole then the other six, which are roughly of the same size. The two large side-nozzles have slightly curved tip and the three wick-holes are pierced through a wide, flat area closed by a groove. A raised rim with a groove surrounding the concave, undecorated discus which has a filling-hole and two air-holes. The lamp stands on a raised base-ring.
