Object is formed from a core of plant fibres shaped into a figure ‘8’ and wrapped with additional plant material. Some surface cracks are visible in the wrapping plant material; these are more prevalent where the wrapping has been bent at an acute angle. An historical label is attached to one side of the object with text ‘Ngoodiga moko Handklovar’ written in ink. The museum number is applied in black ink on the opposite side. A piece of vegetal fibre cordage is attached to the main figure 8 structure. This is frayed in some places but appears stable. Light surface dust. Surface cleaned overall with soft brush and light vacuum.
